We offer services based on the following pricing models:

Fixed price model

Fixed-Cost is when we estimate the size of the project according to our preliminary assumptions and don’t change it for more than 20%. Project estimation is provided in man-hours (with detailed WBS) and product duration is fixed (in calendar days). This model is suitable for projects where your requirements are clearly defined. The Fixed Price includes all technical fees that we may charge towards delivering the project. Travel and incidental expenses (if any) are charged as per actual, subject to your pre-approval.

Time and material model

Time&Material model is when a team works only with the tasks given according to the specificaitons and you pay for the time spent. Daily reports inform you about time spent of project manager, programmers, testers, graphic designers and other staff required. The time is paid only when used. Here, you may utilize our resources and skills and pay us a pre-agreed hourly or monthly rate. Thus, you have the flexibility to balance your workload, based on your actual requirements and budget. Time&Material business model is developed for long-term projects, where the total effort cannot be estimated in advance and the scope of work can vary during the implementation.

ODC

ODC (offshore development center) is a team of programmers, project manager, testers and others located in TechnoPark. It is paid by flat monthly fee, no matter what the team does. You will be responsible for managing the team, work orders, and risks.
